The first email will go out on Monday 24th February 2020, although the Facebook group will be open from the weekend prior for members to begin introducing themselves.

The total cost of the course is £197, but an early bird price of £149 is available if you book by 1st February 2020. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide further concessions at this point in time but should you need to discuss a payment plan, drop us an email at info@innercircles.org.uk to discuss how this may be possible.

It’s a bit of a cliché but the more you put in then the more you’ll get out! However, it’s a flexible programme designed by a working mother for working mothers, so I totally get that time is scarce right now. The ‘work’ is in the thinking created by the prompts and you can create your ‘aha’ moments in 5 minutes or 50 – it’s really up to you! The creation of a community is by far the most important part and the ethos of the programme – it is this creation of a group support mechanism that has proved invaluable to improve the emotional well being of many communities over time.

No! It’s important to know that this programme is in no way designed to substitute individual or group therapeutic input. Although led by a chartered psychologist, the programme is self-directed, using a coaching/supervision model to support your thinking, rather than psychological therapy. I am a HCPC registered psychologist and must work within ethical guidelines to ensure the safety of clients and myself. Therefore, if it at any time it appears that you may benefit from more direct psychological support, it may be recommended that you pursue this.

Live coaching calls will take place on Thursday evenings 8.30 – 9.30pm UK time. Additional bonus calls with experts will be at various times throughout the week.

Although it would be great to have you on board, schedules dictate that it may not be possible. No worries! The zoom calls will be recorded and posted in the closed Facebook group for you to catch up on in your own time.

You return to work as a badass! Yes, this obvs! But more pragmatically, the group will remain open to all members for a further two weeks. Should you wish to continue in the group after this there will be an option to become a longer-term member for a small monthly subscription.

Anyone who has become a mother and therefore had to take time away from their professional career for a period of parental leave. For me it goes without saying, but for clarity, it makes no difference to me if you have birthed your child naturally, adopted or step-parented your way into the label. It’s ideal for women who are still on leave and planning how to get back into their professional working lives, whether you have a job to return to, are looking to change direction or are currently weighing up your options. If you have already returned to work but might want to consider a career change in the near future to help you with the life juggle, it may also benefit you to engage with the course materials.

At the moment for this pilot phase, no. In acknowledgement of the overwhelmingly negative mental health statistics for women who have become mothers, this programme focuses on women only. However, this does not ignore the fact that fathers need their spaces too – indeed, the increasing uptake of shared parental leave by fathers means the landscape will (hopefully) shift soon and a programme such as this one will be open to all.
